Art therapy leverages this. By jiggling relationships in ones minds, it's possible to create life-changing realizations—as if out of thin air. This is not limited to the greater questions in life; There is art-wisdom to be found on every topic.

Sorta Off-Topic: This is why I "let it all hang out." By creating art about happy/sad/mundane happenings in my life, I understand everything more. It helps me to make sense of things. By representing an item in writing, or as an abstract object, it takes up less mental space—allowing problems to solve themselves.
